Agreement and operator
Frica ID is operated by Frica LLC, Massachusetts, United States. These Terms govern your Frica ID account, sign-in, authorization of connected applications and services made available through your account. Additional service-specific terms may apply. By creating an account or accepting these Terms, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires. Minors must obtain parental or guardian permission where legally required. Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and recovery methods, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Your Frica Identifier is an account reference, not a government-issued identity document.
Connected applications and OAuth
Frica ID allows you to authorize participating applications to access specified account data and permissions. Review requested scopes before authorizing. You can revoke access through available account controls. Revocation does not automatically delete information already obtained by an independent third-party application. Third-party apps are governed by their own policies.
Permitted use and security
Do not engage in fraud, impersonation, phishing, unauthorized access, malware distribution, exploitation, infringement, automated abuse, or interference with the service. We may investigate and proportionately restrict accounts to protect users and comply with law.
Paid services
Paid features, subscriptions, trials, billing intervals, renewal, cancellation and applicable refunds are governed by the offer displayed at checkout and our Subscription Terms. Mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
Content and ownership
You retain rights to content you upload. You permit Frica to host, process, transmit and store that content as necessary to provide requested services, subject to our Privacy Notice and service settings. You are responsible for ensuring that you have rights to upload or share your content.
Availability and termination
We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You may request account deletion under our Account Deletion Policy. We may suspend accounts for serious security threats, violations, or legal requirements, with notice or appeal where appropriate.
Liability and rights
Services are provided subject to applicable law and any express service commitments. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Disputes and remedies are subject to applicable mandatory laws.
