Who we are
Frica LLC operates Frica ID, a worldwide identity and connected-services platform, using self-managed server infrastructure and selected service providers. Contact our privacy team at [email protected].
Information we process
Depending on features used, we process account identifiers, name, username, email or phone, authentication credentials stored in protected form, login and device records, IP addresses, security logs, connected-app authorizations and OAuth scopes, subscriptions and transaction references, support communications, and cloud files and metadata where storage is enabled.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to provide accounts, authentication and SSO, deliver requested services, secure systems, prevent abuse, process purchases, provide support and meet legal obligations. Depending on your jurisdiction, our grounds may include performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and operations, or consent for optional activities.
Payments, analytics and AI
Depending on the product and region, payment or entitlement integrations may involve Stripe, PayPal, RevenueCat, Apple, Google and regional African payment processors. Frica services may use analytics and AI providers including OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter and DeepSeek, as well as other providers or tools. Data shared depends on the specific feature you use; third-party providers may process data under their own terms and applicable contracts. Do not submit sensitive information to AI features unless the feature expressly supports it.
Connected applications
When you authorize a third-party app, we share only the data and capabilities associated with granted permissions. That developer may independently control information it receives. Revoking access may prevent future access but does not erase previously shared data held by the developer.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary technologies for sign-in, sessions, security and preferences. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, where used, are subject to applicable consent and choice requirements. See our Cookie Notice.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant service, security, compliance and dispute resolution. Account deletion includes a 30-calendar-day recovery period. Some payment, security and legal records may be retained as required or permitted by law, and backups expire through their operational lifecycle.
International processing
Frica ID is intended for worldwide use. Information may be processed on Frica-operated servers and by service providers in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, we apply the relevant protections.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. We may verify identity and apply lawful exceptions. Contact [email protected] to exercise rights or raise a complaint. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority.
Children and updates
Frica ID has a minimum age of 13, or higher where applicable law requires, and may require parental permission for minors. We may revise this notice and will provide notice or obtain consent where legally required.
