Your files and ownership
You retain ownership of content stored in Frica cloud services. You authorize Frica to store, process, synchronize, transmit and display files only as needed to provide requested features, maintain security and comply with law.
Capacity and availability
Storage capacity, upload limits, sharing features and paid entitlements depend on the plan and product shown in your account. Service availability may vary, and you should keep independent copies of important data.
Sharing and security
You are responsible for selecting appropriate sharing permissions and ensuring you have rights to upload and distribute content. Do not store malware, exploitative material, stolen data or unlawful content.
Downgrades and deletion
A downgrade may reduce storage entitlement. Where deletion of excess content is necessary, applicable notices and consumer protections apply. Account deletion follows the 30-day recovery policy, subject to legally required retention and backup cycles.
