Minimum age
Frica ID accounts require users to be at least 13 years old. Where local law requires a higher age or parental permission for certain processing or services, those requirements apply. Users who do not meet applicable requirements must not create an account.
Zero tolerance
Frica prohibits child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, sexual exploitation and solicitation of minors across its services.
Reports and action
Report suspected child exploitation or child safety violations to [email protected]. We may restrict access, preserve relevant evidence and refer matters to appropriate authorities where legally required. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Privacy of minors
We apply applicable protections for children's personal information and may limit or delete accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements. Parents or guardians can contact [email protected] about applicable requests.
